Atom Smasher - Cheat

Type "CATHERINE ZETA JONES" on the titlescreen and it'll say READY. Now start the game as normal and try pressing the following keys:

Key Effect
Type S to Skip levels
Type L to toggle infinite lives on/off
Type I to toggle invulnerability on/off
