Our E-book has finally been released on Amazon and is available for purchase download.

Below is a description of the book as from Amazon:

"Contained within the pages of this book are 200 mini reviews of arcade perfect conversions, high quality point and click adventures, classic beat em ups, adrenaline pumping shooters and charming 2D platform games. There are also many innovative titles which could only be found within the PD / shareware market, such as Jeff Minter's Revenge of the Mutant Camels, where you control a camel firing at exploding sheep and skiing kangaroos.

The book also contains two exclusive interviews with Amiga shareware programmers David Cruickshank and Michael Welch, the talent behind shareware classics Alien Fish Finger and Scorched Tanks.

For Amiga fans, this book is must have reference book providing key information on over twenty five years of shareware / PD releases. For those interested in gaming generally the book contains a rich history of games, many of which have been developed and transported to modern technology, especially the booming mobile phone game market."

Darren Ithell has kindly agreed for us to use the graphics from his game, Dithell in Space for the cover of our up coming e-book (The Ultimate Guide to Amiga PD Games - The very best Shareware and Public Domain games for the Commodore Amiga).  The above image is a preview of the Kindle cover.

The book is progressing at a steady rate, with contributions from Graham Humphrey, Lifeschool and Robert Hazelby.  We also hope to include an extended interview with DJ Cruickshank of Alien Fish Finger and Hydrozone Fame. Thanks guys for your wonderful support with this project.

We hope to move to proof reading stage for February and potential e-publishing in March this year.  Keep following us for more updates.

The Ultimate Guide to Amiga PD Games - Kindle preview
#Amiga book -

Just a quick update on our E-book, work is continuing at pace, and we are now quickly approaching the proof reading stage and adding in contents and index sections.  Fingers crossed, the book should be released this year, hopefully in a few months time.

Spent some time today looking at formating, as you can see from above image.  I have also started work on the front cover which I hope to share with you soon, just need to agree permission with the artist.

Hi all, Graham Humphrey, of Downfall fame, has been busy working on a Dizzy type adventure for the Amiga.  As yet the name of the game hasn't been confirmed, or the story or even the name of the main character.  However, the most recent post by Graham suggests that the game is developing nicely and should be completed in the New Year!

Follow, the game's development on Graham's facebook page.
